As mentioned during the session, the G30 Graduate School Admissions period will open on May 7, and the deadline to submit your application is May 21 at 16:00 (JST).
You can find the online application portal and the admissions guidelines for each program on our website (link also in the Instagram Linktree):

Here are a few important reminders:
1. Only a selected number of G30 graduate programs are open for applications during the rolling admissions round.
2. The guidelines (PDFs at the bottom of the webpage) vary by program, so be sure to check the specific requirements for the program you are applying to. Read the admissions guidelines carefully.
3. Contact your prospective professor in advance (if required). If your program requires prior consent, make sure to email the professor whose research group you’d like to join.
🔍 You can browse research groups here:

4. Apply to the correct graduate school. Some programs are offered by multiple graduate schools. Make sure you apply to the one where your intended professor is affiliated.
⚠️ You can apply to only one graduate school per application. Submitting multiple applications requires separate forms and application fees.
5. Submit official hard copies by post.
Your official (signed and stamped) graduation certificate and transcripts must be sent by post and arrive to our office by the deadline, or by the specific deadline listed in your program’s guidelines.
