What is considered as a certified copy? 

‐ A hard copy sealed or signed by a relevant authority
‐ A hard copy certified by a relevant authority to be a true copy
‐ A hard copy notarized by public notary

Note:
If applicants send documents by post, we only accept those above mentioned as an official document if instructed to submit an official or a certified copy. For any questions, please contact the graduate school to which you are applying to. Please note that unofficial copies from applicants are not accepted.
 

Regarding Submission of Diploma

It’s strongly recommended that applicants submit a certified copy instead of a diploma itself if it cannot be reissued.
