Rolling admissions for master’s programs will open on May 7th (9:00 am Japan time) until May 23rd (16:00 Japan time), 2024. The second round for doctoral programs will also start accepting applications on May 7th (9:00 am Japan time) 2024.

The admissions requirements for all the programs are available on the Admission page (click).

Applicants who have already created accounts in the first round will be able to use the same account to complete your application in the rolling/second round. If you experience technical issues logging on to the portal (online application system, a.k.a. T-Cens), please contact us at apply@g30.nagoya-u.ac.jp.

For any admission-related questions, please contact us through the portal using a message function. The portal will re-open on May 7th, 9:00 JST.

The Admissions Office will be closed during the Golden Week (May 3 to 6). We will start replying to your email inquiries when we return the office.
