G30 Lecture Visit Request Form

Please fill out the following form and choose which type of lecture you would like to visit. In order to find a list of undergraduate courses (lectures only) conducted in English at Nagoya University, please click on the following link:

If you cannot find a course that matches your interests in the course list above, you can fill out the form below and we will try to find some other class that would be suitable for you to attend. Advance registration is required for auditing a class and the visit should be confirmed two weeks in advance. We will contact the professors in charge of the courses you are interested in and ask if they are able to welcome you to their class. Note that depending on the supervising professor’s reply, we might not be able to accommodate your request. Please do not make travel arrangements until we confirm your registration. The 2024 spring class period runs from April 10th to July 23rd and the fall semester is held between October 2nd and January 22nd. No regular classes are held outside of these periods so if you are planning to visit the university during the spring or summer breaks, please submit a Campus Visit request.
