We are pleased to welcome all G30 students and faculty members to the 2024 welcome party and senpai-kouhai information exchange event! Come welcome the new G30 students to the fold and teach them the ways of G30!

The party will be held at Sai-Dining (2nd floor of the South Cafeteria, B5-3 in the campus map attached below) at 17:00-19:30. on the 20th of September (Friday). We are hoping to open the event with the introductions of faculty members and then move to the information exchange event and senpai-kouhai mixer so we would like to ask the faculty members to join the event from 17:00 if possible. Some light snacks and drinks will be served but not a full dinner. Please let us know in the form below if you have some special dietary needs.

A team of students from NUFSA is organizing some entertainment and activities for the event so the event is sure to be lively! We hope that many of you will join to give a warm welcome to the new batch of students.
