The Admissions Office for the International Programs at Nagoya University will start again to welcome office visits from the third week of May (16^th) with the following limitations:

• In order to schedule a visit, please go to our website and use this form: https://admissions.g30.nagoya-u.ac.jp/access/
• For the time being we will not be able to schedule class observations, meetings with professor of the program or dormitory visits. However, you can schedule a meeting with an AO officer.
• We will only be able to welcome one group of maximum 3 people at once.
• Due to telework rotation of the office staff, your chosen time slot might not be available. We will try to provide alternatives, if possible.

You are free to walk around campus. Please observe and follow the covid protection measures.
Please wear a mask, wash your hands or/and use hand sanitizer. Don’t hesitate to cancel your appointment, should you feel ill.
