The applicant will be required to attest to the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents submitted to Nagoya University. Applicants may be required to assist admissions staff and faculty involved in admission reviews in the verification of all documents and statements made in documents submitted by students as part of the application review process. What is considered as a certified copy? ‐ A hard copy sealed or signed by authority ‐ A hard copy certified by authority to be a true copy ‐ A hard copy notarized by public notary *If applicants send documents by post, we only accept those above mentioned as an official document if instructed to submit an official or a certified copy. For any questions, please contact the graduate school to which you are applying to. Please note that unofficial copies from applicants are not accepted.
Regarding Submission of Diploma: It's strongly recommended that applicants submit a certified copy instead of a diploma itself if it cannot be reissued.
