The first challenge I faced in Japan was Japanese language since it is quite hard to get used to it. However because of the Japanese language program offered by Nagoya University, I was given the chance to improve my language skills significantly. Academic workload is also intense and challenging but with clear objectives. I am free to make my own decisions to allocate my time accordingly towards my health, wealth, academic and personal growth as the given liberty has its responsibilities. But the good thing is even though sometimes I have to stay up all night long, things always look better in the mornings.
Coming to Japan to study at Nagoya University, I felt the joy and excitement of meeting interesting people and making new friends around the globe. Classes are small and so diverse that it creates an enjoyable environment to learn from each other. For instance, from School of Economics in my year, we are six students from six different countries taught by professor coming from diverse countries. Extra-curricular activities, which are available throughout the campus and friendly people are also helping me a lot to dive deeper into Japanese culture.
Because of demographic changes in Japan and globalization throughout the world, Japan is becoming more international than ever before. If you are interested in taking part in international business in Japan, Nagoya University is going to be the first step to your successful future as graduates of this University are in demand. Furthermore, because of global approach of G30 program, you are also welcomed in any country as Nagoya University ranks among the top 100 in the world. I am excited to use my skills attained throughout my studies as I am sincerely grateful to everyone who is supporting me.
